BrightMind Learning Hub is inviting selected education, enrichment and training operators to explore long-term room co-sharing arrangements within our fully fitted student care and learning centre, launching in June 2026 at 716 Jurong West Street 71.

We are mainly looking for suitable long-term partners who can run regular classes, training programmes or enrichment activities from the centre. We are also open to renting the entire space during suitable weekend periods for events, workshops, tuition intensives, seminars or holiday programmes.

Long-Term Room Co-sharing
S$2,500 per room / month Inclusive of utilities, WiFi and weekly cleaning.
Ideal for operators who need a regular teaching space without taking on a full commercial lease, renovation cost, utilities setup, WiFi contracts or full-unit commitment.

Weekend Whole-Space Rental Suitable for operators or organisers who require the entire centre for selected weekend sessions. Rates can be discussed based on timing, duration, class size and intended use.
