Looking For Qualified Individuals / Chartered Accountants / Corp Sec To Partner Up

Hi to you,

I am a marketing/business development sort of an individual and wish to partner up with a local individual or accounting/corp secreterial firm to focus on these services:

1) Corporate secreterial service

2) Accounting service

I am more interested in the development of digital marketing and getting new clients, while the other party is involved with the day to day corporate secreterial and accounting work.

Currently I have a website that generates some interests and a couple of leads so far. I will require the other party to be a Qualified Individual to apply for the filing agent license so we can legally accept clients.

As there are other upcoming service providers like Osome that automates some of the work process, I wish for us to be a true direct local competitor. If you are an older matured individual but want your current accounting/corp sec business to remain relevant in this digital age, I want to partner up with an open-minded person/s to grow this business to be long term, well known, high quality and Singapore owned and trusted brand.

There may be some matters such as profit sharing/commission that we need to discuss so all parties are comfortable and can concentrate to grow the business as the main focus. I am generally very reasonable, logical in thinking, easy going and believe in transparency.
